The Toronto Pan Am Centre required a large-scale roofing solution capable of supporting long-term durability, environmental performance, and the operational demands of a major institutional facility. Working alongside PCL Construction and the City of Toronto, Pollard Enterprises delivered a high-performance system designed to meet rigorous project specifications while supporting the building’s long-term performance objectives.
The project included the installation of a 2-ply modified bitumen roofing assembly integrated with a green live roof system to enhance durability, sustainability, and energy performance. Through disciplined project coordination, quality control, and safety-focused execution, Pollard Enterprises successfully delivered the $3.75M roofing scope in alignment with project timelines and technical requirements, backed by a 10-year warranty.
