Completed for Loblaw Companies Ltd. in partnership with Traugott, the No Frills Brockville #3709 project involved the construction of a new commercial facility featuring a standing seam metal roofing system designed to provide long-term durability, weather resistance, and low-maintenance performance for a retail environment. Pollard Enterprises delivered roofing solutions tailored to meet project timelines, quality standards, and the operational demands of the development.
The project included the installation of approximately 12,000 sq.ft. of standing seam metal roofing and 17,600 sq.ft. of flat TPO roofing, representing a combined roofing scope of approximately $475K.
