PANATTONI DEVELOPMENTS

Dixie and Eglington Centre, Mississauga

Working with owner Panattoni Developments and general contractor Belrock Construction Ltd., Pollard installed a four-ply felt, asphalt and gravel roof system across three buildings under construction, covering more than 80,000 square feet.



PINEWOOD TORONTO STUDIOS (FORMERLY FILMPORT STUDIOS)

Don Roadway & Commissioners Street, Toronto

Toronto Film Studios and general contractor Bird Construction Company commissioned Pollard for the new development of their high-profile film studios. Pollard installed a loose-laid ballasted EPDM system at the four block stages. The mega stage was a mechanically fastened insulation to concrete deck and adhering the TPO, the lower roof
was a two-ply built-up membrane roofing system.



HOLLY COMMUNITY CENTRE

171 Mapleton Avenue, Barrie

The City of Barrie and general contractor Bondfield Construction chose Pollard for the installation of 100,000 square feet of two-ply built-up membrane roofing system for their new community centre. The project took just over one year to complete, during one of the most challenging winters on record.



NORTHUMBERLAND HILLS HOSPITAL

1000 De Palma Drive, Cobourg

Working with the Northumberland Health Care Corporation and general contractor Bondfield Construction, Pollard designed and installed a two-ply built-up membrane roofing system for the newly constructed community hospital. The project was completed during the winter of 2003.



ST. JOAN OF ARC CATHOLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL

3801 Thomas Street, Mississauga

The Dufferin Peel Catholic School Board and general contractor Aquicon Construction commissioned Pollard to design and install a two-ply and four ply, built-up roofing system for the brand new school building.



CHURCHILL MEADOW NO. 4 JUNIOR PUBLIC SCHOOL

3801 Thomas Street, Mississauga

Subsequent to the St. Joan of Arc building commission, the Peel District School Board and general contractor Pre-Eng Contracting hired Pollard to design a roofing system for this sister building to the Catholic school.
